Strong understanding of corporate compensation plan, and Policies and Procedures. 2. Good knowledge of World Vu and any other company systems. 3. Strong computer skills including: a. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. b. Internet Browser c. Ability to adapt as company applications advance. 4. Superb oral and written communication skills, telephone etiquette, and customer service abilities. 5. Superb analytical, problem solving, decision making, and organizational skills. 6. Ability to keep all information confidential. 7. Demonstrate ability to deliver request information, reports, etc. in a timely manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Educate distributors regarding the Policies and Procedures of the company and help them to understand how they can successfully build their businesses within those guidelines. 2. Communicate with distributors through telephone or written correspondence regarding company policy, case information, the disciplinary process, and/or legal decisions, which affect distributor conduct cases. This correspondence may be directed to distributors, non-distributor participants, their legal counsel, or any other parties, as directed by the Director of Distributor Tools and Compliance. 3. Responsible for investigating, analyzing, and preparing all possible and substantiated distributor compliance cases. These are cases, which may require sanctions and/or legal action against an independent distributor or distributorship. a. Critically analyze all information received to determine whether the details substantiate a breach of contract. b. Carry out the investigation and evidence gathering of alleged distributor misconduct. c. Prepare correspondence relating to each case. d. Prepare each case for review by the Distributor Review Committee (DRC). e. Implement disciplinary decisions of the DRC. 4. Organize and update distributor case files. 5. Maintain records of investigations and actions taken. Continually update account notes with any actions (i.e. dates when letters are sent, when an account hold was imposed, etc.). 6. Responsible for correctly conveying company Policies and Procedures to various corporate departments and advising them in matters of established policy and policy modifications. 7. Maintain a database of all MonaVie distributor misconduct, tracking the following information: a. Type of case. b. Name and ID# of offending distributor/country. c. Disciplinary action taken. d. Correspondence relating to the case. e. Remedial measures imposed. f. Accounting of fines collected. 8. Respond to complaints, questions and concerns in a timely fashion. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 1. High School Graduate 2. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. 3. One year of education at the college level. 4. 1-2 years network marketing experience.
